In the unlikely circumstances that your item has not arrived to you and has been lost by our couriers then we are happy to offer you a replacement item or a full refund. If your item(s) tracking information states that the parcel has been signed for by somebody, however you say it has not been received then we can only offer you with a replacement item and not a refund. We would then ask for an alternative postal address to send your replacement item. We will only send one replacement item; if this item is lost again then we can provide you with a claims form for our courier’s service in which you can claim compensation back for your missing parcel.
